Vincenzo Franco (born June 1, 1917) is an Italian Prelate of Roman Catholic Church. One of oldest Roman Catholic bishops and Italian bishops.
Vincenzo Franco was born in Trani, Italy ordained a priest on July 6, 1947. Franco was appointed bishop of Anglona-Tursi Diocese December 12, 1974 and ordained bishop on January 26, 1975. Franco was then appointed bishop of the Diocese of Otranto January 27, 1981 and would remain there until his retirement on April 8, 1993.
